Our Methodology

How we approach every engagement

01

Eligibility review

We map your profile against current criteria before any fee is committed or document is gathered.

02

Document preparation

A detailed checklist is provided. We review documents before submission to reduce the chance of queries.

03

Submission & liaison

We handle portal submissions and maintain liaison with the reviewing authority through to a decision.

04

Collection & next steps

We guide you through collection, endorsement, and — where relevant — renewal timelines.

Employment Pass Advisory

Service 01

Employment Pass & Dependant Application Advisory

From RM 780

This service covers the full advisory engagement for Employment Pass (categories EP I, EP II, and EP III), the Professional Visit Pass, and the Residence Pass-Talent. It also covers the coordinated Dependant Pass track for spouses and children under 18.

We begin with an eligibility review against current Expatriate Services Division policy, including sector-specific salary thresholds. Document preparation, employer endorsement coordination, ESD portal submission, and authority liaison follow in sequence. We include school enrolment documentation for dependent children where that is helpful to the relocation plan.

What this service includes

  • Eligibility review against current ESD salary thresholds and sector criteria
  • Document checklist and preparation support for applicant and employer
  • Employer endorsement coordination and ESD portal submission
  • Dependant Pass applications for spouse and children as a coordinated track
  • Written briefings at each stage through to collection and stamping
  • Renewal advisory and updated eligibility review prior to expiry

Typical process steps

1

Initial eligibility review — salary, sector, qualifications, employer setup

2

Document checklist issued — educational certificates, passport, employment contract

3

Employer endorsement secured and online submission filed via ESD portal

4

Authority liaison during review; response to any documentary queries

5

Approval, collection coordination, passport endorsement, and renewal calendar

Typical timeline: 4 – 10 weeks depending on category and document completeness

Service 02

MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) Programme Advisory

From RM 2,600

The MM2H programme is a long-stay visa designed for individuals who wish to reside in Malaysia for extended periods, typically retirees, remote workers, and those with family ties. Our advisory covers the programme as it currently stands — including the significantly revised criteria introduced in 2021 and subsequent adjustments to the tiered federal and state-variant structures.

The engagement begins with an honest eligibility profile assessment: income, fixed deposit requirements, age criteria, and fit with your longer-term plans. We prepare the documentary package — financial statements, medical reports, security clearance declarations — and manage the submission to the One Stop Centre. Post-approval steps, including visa endorsement and fixed deposit placement, are handled with written guidance at each stage.

What this service includes

  • Current criteria review — income, fixed deposit, age, and tier selection guidance
  • Honest eligibility assessment and programme fit evaluation
  • Documentary preparation — financial statements, medical report, security declaration
  • One Stop Centre submission and follow-through during conditional approval stage
  • Post-approval guidance on visa endorsement and fixed deposit placement
  • Written updates at each stage; candid communication about timeline variability

Typical process steps

1

Eligibility profile review — income, FD amount, age, tier and state preference

2

Document preparation — financial records, medical report, security clearance

3

Submission to One Stop Centre with full documentary package

4

Conditional approval stage — any outstanding requirements addressed

5

Visa endorsement and fixed deposit placement; written confirmation of completion

Timeline: variable; typically 3 – 6 months from complete submission to approval

MM2H Programme Advisory
Business Visa Structuring

Service 03

Business Visa Structuring for Foreign Founders & Investors

From RM 3,700

This advisory is designed for foreign entrepreneurs, founders, and investors who are considering establishing a presence in Malaysia. The routes available — Malaysia Tech Entrepreneur Programme (MTEP), Professional Visit Pass arrangements, and Representative Office setup — each interact differently with corporate structure, shareholding, and the appointment of resident directors.

We map out those interactions at the outset, so company formation decisions align with the immigration strategy rather than creating complications that need to be resolved later. The engagement includes drafting relevant board resolutions and employment contracts suitable for pass applications, and coordination with the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation where MSC or Malaysia Digital status is being pursued alongside the visa pathway.

What this service includes

  • Pathway mapping — MTEP, PVP, or Representative Office route selection
  • Corporate structure and shareholding review for visa alignment
  • Resident director requirements and appointment coordination
  • Board resolutions and employment contracts for pass applications
  • MDEC coordination where Malaysia Digital or MSC status is relevant
  • Written engagement notes setting out the chosen structure and rationale

Typical process steps

1

Business profile review — sector, ownership structure, investor status, intended role

2

Pathway selection — MTEP, PVP, or Representative Office, matched to corporate structure

3

Document and corporate preparation — resolutions, contracts, registration materials

4

Submission to relevant authority; MDEC coordination where applicable

5

Approval, visa endorsement, and post-approval compliance guidance

Timeline: 6 – 14 weeks depending on corporate complexity and chosen pathway
